Chock full of scripture and information!

I just finished reading this book and found it to be filled to the brim with both scriptural reference, legal suggestions, letters and personal testimony of the author. I loved the first chapter which helped me understand the initiator vs. non-initiator thought processes. I got a little overwhelmed with scriptural quotation and explanation towards the end of the book, but it just slowed me down and I had to think a little harder! ;-) Overall, great book and reference for anyone going through the painful road of separation or divorce.

Excellant resource for Christians facing a difficult and painful decision.

This book is excellant for the Christian facing a Divorce. Gives a person a heads up into what the other party may be doing as well as provides spirital guidence and encouragement to the person whom has been hurt beyond belief. Since my divorce, I have been doing some Christian Counseling and have kept 3 copies on hand, that I loan out to others to assist with the shock and recovery process.

I have bought and gifted this book about ten times as I meet people considering divorce or those surprised when divorce is chosen for them. Excellent resource from an experienced author.
Kniskern outlines the book in a very logical and searchable manner. Grateful I had it when I was going through divorce.
